Here For You When You Feel Alone

Sometimes we know we need to shift the focus of our lives, but we do not know how. We know that change must occur because we cannot continue to do what we are currently doing. I have been there. It was not easy, but it was worth it. I want to be with you on your journey to make your life the better that you choose.

About

Who I Am

I currently hold a Master of Arts in Counseling (MA) from Wake Forest University. I also hold a Master of Science (MS) Degree in Curriculum and Instruction as well as Adolescent Literacy from Concordia University. My two decades as an educator combined with my training as a counselor have given me a unique insight into an area of children’s and adolescents’ lives that many parents and adults do not normally understand or get to witness. I am also the single mother to a teenage son and the fur-mom to a houseful of cats and 2 heathen dogs. Verified by Psychology Today
